Commercial Property Inspections

Large scale commercial property assessments are more centered around investors. Smaller scale properties are often performed for business owners looking to relocate or start their own business.  Regardless of the reason, the assessment performed is the same. Licensing to perform commercial property condition assessments (PCA) is not required by any state but third-party certification has been obtained through American Home Inspector Training Institute (AHIT).  While certifications do add some level of expertise, the true educator comes from experience.  Decades of hands-on experience in the residential and commercial construction field along with years of experience in the inspection field will further enhance the value of the PCA.  A completed PCA and an accompanying property condition report (PCR) will help provide the investor / business owner with knowledge to make an informed decision as they continue with the real estate transaction.
