Termite Inspections

The termite inspection is one of the most common inspections performed when purchasing a new home.  While other companies offer mostly visual inspections, an inspection from TWL tends to be a bit more intrusive.  While not causing damage,  I utilize tools such as moisture meters and borescopes to help determine evidence of active termites.  Upon investigation, I will give the potential buyer an honest recommendation.  To report findings, TWL uses the standard NPMA form 33 which is supplied by the National Pest Management Association.
