Termite Inspections

The termite inspection is one of the most common inspections performed when purchasing a new home.  While other companies offer mostly visual inspections, an inspection from TWL tends to be a bit more intrusive.  While not causing damage,  I utilize tools such as moisture meters and borescopes to help determine evidence of active termites.  Upon investigation, I will give the potential buyer an honest recommendation.  To report findings, TWL uses the standard NPMA form 33 which is supplied by the National Pest Management Association and required by some home loan types.
